Sealcoating
D & C is searching for an enthusiastic and driven sealcoating laborer. As part of the crew, your responsibility will be to ensure the surface of the parking lot or driveway is clear of any debris such as rocks and dirt, fill in any large cracks, and clean away any stains. Maintaining this sealcoat is essential to preserving the service life of asphalt surfaces.
Asphalt Patching
We are looking to hire a hardworking asphalt laborer who is enthusiastic about repairing and restoring damaged asphalt surfaces. As a part of the patching team, it will be your responsibility to remove damaged pavement with an asphalt saw, hammer, or chisel, clean the area thoroughly of any plant life and debris present, and repair the foundation of the area by topping up the hole with coarse gravel.
Striping
D & C is looking for individuals who possess great attention to detail and who are excited by parking lot spaces that are clean, organized, and well laid out. Your skills in planning and design optimization will be essential during the striping process of loading zones, parking spaces, fire lanes, pedestrian crossings, directional arrows, handicapped parking areas, etc.
